Closed-die forging depends on tooling developed for the geometry and requirements of the component. Walker Forge designs and manufactures forging dies in-house, keeping tooling closely connected to our engineering and production operations.

Our die-shop capabilities include 3D CAD/CAM design, CNC high-speed milling, CNC turning, model transfer to CMM and technologies used to support machining optimization and process control.
