ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate pricing, quote preparation, purchase order receipt/review, and input job data into ERP system.
- Coordinate price updates on a monthly/quarterly basis to reflect changes in raw material price or other cost inputs.
- Coordinate sales funnel updates and determine priorities in conjunction with the Account Managers.
- Communicate routine information to customer, i.e. pricing, deliveries, lead-time.
- Receive and review new sales inquiries, prioritize and track with input from sales.

Education and/Or Experience
Requires a two-year associate degree or equivalent experience. Accounting or analyst experience preferred.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel skills required.
Experience working with an ERP system.
Mathematical Skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent basic math skills.
